The annex is a standalone building featuring a fireplace and an outdoor hot spring, resembling a hidden paradise nestled in nature. The inn is most famous for its Byobuiwa Outdoor Hot Spring, where guests can soak in the hot water while gazing at the natural giant rock formation, Byobuiwa. The hot spring uses a direct flow system that draws water straight from the source, and the mineral quality is known as a beauty-enhancing hot spring, specifically a bicarbonate spring, which feels soft to the touch and has a beautiful emerald green color.
