The cuisine, which makes full use of seasonal ingredients from the Joshu region, is also quite popular. Guests can choose from five different styles of restaurants for their dining experience. In the private dining rooms, authentic kaiseki cuisine is served, while the dining hall offers a buffet featuring a variety of Chinese, Western, and Japanese dishes.
