🏨 Kaike Onsen Kasuitei

Known for its majestic views of the Sea of Japan and the towering mountains, the San'in region boasts one of the top traditional inns. Guests can enjoy the natural beauty representative of the San'in area right within the inn. Kasuitei is the only ryokan in the Kaike Onsen area that has its own hot spring source. The large public bath features pools made of marble, and there is an outdoor bath where guests can soak while gazing at the Sea of Japan. In addition to four private baths, there are also room types that come with private outdoor baths, making it perfect for families or couples to spend uninterrupted time together. Almost all guest rooms face the Sea of Japan, where the sea breeze flows through the pine forest during the day and the enchanting fishing lights create a night view, with the sound of the waves as background music. The banquet cuisine offered by the hotel uses seasonal ingredients such as fresh seafood delivered directly from Sakai Port and Tottori beef. In particular, during the winter, a full-course meal featuring the local specialty, live Matsuba crab, is available. The inn also has a bar called "Plages" and a women-only aromatherapy salon "Hanahana Club," among other rich facilities. In the summer, guests can enjoy various activities at the Kaike Onsen beach in front of the inn and the outdoor swimming pool at the sister facility "Tensui."
