📖 Details

With a proud history of over 1,300 years, "Kinosaki Onsen" is a charming hot spring town. The "Tokiwa Bekkan" quietly stands in a serene location, slightly away from the bustling hot spring street. Originally located in the hot spring area, the inn has been relocated to its current position and transformed into a relaxing environment surrounded by gardens. With a spacious area of 1,200 tsubo, it offers only 23 guest rooms, allowing guests to enjoy Kinosaki's hot springs in peace. The guest rooms include traditional Japanese-style rooms with views of the courtyard and rooms featuring private outdoor baths and cypress wood baths, offering four distinct types of accommodations. The Japanese garden in the courtyard is planted with seasonal flowers and is illuminated at night. Both the men's and women's large public baths have outdoor baths, allowing guests to fully enjoy the hot springs during their stay. Additionally, the seven public baths of Kinosaki Onsen are within walking distance, providing the pleasure of a hot spring tour. Meals are served in the guest rooms, featuring kaiseki and hot pot dishes made with local ingredients, with the menu changing monthly. The cuisine primarily focuses on seafood from the Sea of Japan, along with seasonal ingredients. Furthermore, the winter-exclusive set meals featuring Matsuba crab and Tsuyama crab are also highly recommended.
