The hotel has a total of 179 guest rooms, including various types such as twin Western-style rooms with outdoor baths, and luxurious top-floor VIP rooms equipped with tea rooms and gardens, showcasing a new level of luxury. There are nine different room types available for guests to choose from according to their needs. For dinner, guests can choose between kaiseki cuisine made with a large amount of seasonal ingredients and a buffet featuring a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. The festival plaza within the hotel is a vibrant entertainment space. Two types of activities are held daily, including the traditional Kusatsu Onsen "Yumomi," which is open for guests to participate in, and the dynamic "Sakura Taiko" performance.
