Located at the popular spot on the hillside of Senkoji Mountain, which offers a view of the Onomichi Channel, "LOG" is a three-story hotel complex. "LOG" is a multifunctional space that has been transformed from the "Shindo Apartment," an advanced apartment building completed in 1963. The renovation project was undertaken by the Indian architectural team STUDIO MUMBAI, and the philosophy of its founder and architect Bijoy Jain is reflected in the overall design, creating a space for locals and tourists to intersect. It is not just a lodging that overlooks the streets of Onomichi, but also features a café, shops, and a garden for guests to enjoy at their leisure. The hotel has six guest rooms on the third floor, with floors, walls, and ceilings covered in washi paper, creating a gentle cocoon-like feeling. The overall design evokes a sense of softness and tranquility, with gentle light streaming in from outside, providing a peaceful and stable atmosphere. Each room is approximately 40 square meters, spacious enough to enjoy an ambiance different from daily life. Guests staying at the hotel can use the library located on the same floor. The library's design is inspired by Bijoy Jain's study at STUDIO MUMBAI, serving as a space for relaxation, reading, or photography for travelers. LOG only accommodates guests aged 13 and above. Guests under 13 can stay at "Setouchi Minato no Yado Shimauchi-tei Western-style Mansion," which features a traditional machiya style in the back area.

Naturally blending with the scenic beauty of the mountains, this hotel complex in Onomichi offers a sensory experience. The cuisine features seasonal local ingredients, curated by chef Ai Hosokawa. There are six guest rooms, with floors, walls, and ceilings covered in washi paper, creating a design that gently envelops guests like a cocoon. The café, surrounded by soft pink walls, offers special desserts, beverages, and light meals. Guests can also enjoy a library with views overlooking the Onomichi waterway.
