Located near Tokyo's Kuramae Station, this youth hostel by the Sumida River features a lounge and was transformed from a 300-year-old toy store warehouse, opening in 2012. The first floor is a lounge space that takes advantage of the warehouse’s high ceilings, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. It has become a gathering place for travelers from around the world and local patrons alike, fostering交流 (communication) and connection among visitors. From 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the space operates as a café, offering breakfast, lunch, and desserts. From 6:00 PM to 12:30 AM, it transforms into a bar, serving beer, shandy, specialty cocktails, and a selection of dishes and appetizers. The hostel occupies the second to fifth floors, featuring stylish interiors that create a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. There are mixed-gender dormitory rooms, female-only dormitory rooms, and four different types of private rooms, allowing guests to choose according to their purpose and budget. Additionally, the common areas include a library and kitchen, where guests can read or cook, enjoying a leisurely time at their own pace.
