Fresh seafood is delivered daily from the Kyoto Central Wholesale Market, ensuring its freshness. Moreover, carefully selected Tamba beef and the famous pork from Tamba Sasayama, along with locally sourced vegetables, are prepared by chefs using seasonal ingredients from various regions of Kyoto to create delicious dishes.
