With 7 underground floors and 47 above-ground floors, it is the tallest tower in the area and a new landmark for Shibuya. The commercial area from the 2nd basement to the 14th floor features a wide variety of shops, including dessert stores, trendy clothing shops, grocery stores, and various restaurants, creating a rich lineup of stores. Other floors include a co-creation facility called "SHIBUYA QWS," which hosts various events, as well as premium office spaces. The most eye-catching feature is the observation facility "SHIBUYA SKY," which boasts Japan's largest rooftop viewing space. From a height of 229 meters above ground, visitors can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of Tokyo's streets and experience the joy of expansive views in a space showcasing various displays. Additionally, Shibuya Scramble Square has set up a space called "Urban Core," serving as a connector between the facility and the station.
