Opened in April 2013, it is conveniently located near a large commercial facility accessible from Ochanomizu Station, with views of the nearby Kanda River from the building. The 23-story structure primarily consists of office spaces, along with conference rooms for rent, shopping centers, restaurants, and exhibition facilities, making it a gathering place for many business professionals as well as a shopping destination.
Due to its location on a slope called "Kanda-yama," the surroundings are inclined. However, the design of the pedestrian pathways and barrier-free facilities ensures both convenience and suitability for exploration.
At "Sola City Plaza," which brings together supermarkets, convenience stores, and various dining options, there is an open plaza of about 3,000 square meters, combining two levels above and below ground into an accessible space.
