Every decoration and space within the establishment reflects a unique and thoughtful design. The creative Japanese cuisine made with local ingredients such as Jo-shu beef, iwana (mountain trout), and wild mountain produce is another highlight of the inn. The head chef personally selects the best local ingredients, crafting exquisite dishes that satisfy both the palate and the eyes. Additionally, a variety of alcoholic beverages that pair well with the cuisine are available, including local sake from nearby breweries and wines from local vineyards.
At Senjuan, guests can enjoy the flowing hot spring water directly from the source without leaving their rooms; savor dishes made with fresh local ingredients; and leisurely stroll along mountain paths filled with negative ions and phytoncides.
