Cottage Harvest Tree opened in May 2021 and is a private villa located about an 8-minute walk from Lake Kawaguchi. It features outdoor facilities, barbecue, and campfire options, allowing both adults and children to relax and enjoy nature. There is also a convenience store nearby for easy shopping. The villa, which can accommodate up to 8 guests, is a two-story building with approximately 15 tatami mats in the living room and about 7 tatami mats in the loft. It is equipped with an IH stove, microwave, rice cooker, frying pan, and various cooking and dining utensils. The wooden terrace, which is about 17 tatami mats in size, has a roof, allowing guests to enjoy barbecuing even in the rain. Additionally, it offers complete amenities for a hassle-free stay. The 12-meter long trailer can accommodate up to 6 guests. Inside this authentic American travel trailer, there is a living room, sofa, and a double-decker Queen Size bed, all designed in an American style. The trailer also includes kitchen facilities. Guests can barbecue on the wooden terrace with a roof even on rainy days. The private villa also features outdoor facilities that can be used by both adults and children. The spacious courtyard has an artificial grass platform where guests can run, lie down, and fully engage in physical activities. Furthermore, the area around Lake Kawaguchi has art museums, Craft Park, and a monkey theater, making it suitable for planning a cultural and artistic itinerary.

The villa that opened in May 2021 is available for exclusive use. There is a convenience store nearby, making shopping convenient. The villa offers two types of accommodations: a cabin and a trailer house.
