Hand-painted seasonal scenery on pancakes, a century-old popular pancake shop.

📖 Details

Ginza Matsuzaki Senbei Honten is a long-established Japanese snack shop that opened in 1804. The representative product, the "Oedo Matsuzaki Sanmi-dō," is a type of wafer senbei, with each piece hand-painted by skilled artisans using icing to depict seasonal motifs such as flowers, birds, and the beauty of nature on beautifully smooth baked senbei. The senbei made with eggs emits a rich aroma, and its gentle sweetness and crisp, pleasant texture represent the high taste and quality of Ginza wagashi. In addition, the shop offers a variety of products including Soka senbei, mochi rice crackers, and rice cakes, all packaged in exquisite gift boxes that are perfect for presents. The first floor of the store mainly sells glutinous rice products, while the basement level is dedicated to senbei sales.

⭐ Highlights
