The open plaza on the second floor, covering approximately 10,000 square meters, features 350 types of plants that allow visitors to experience the four seasons, as well as an ecological environment settlement showcasing the wildlife of the Tama River. There is a fountain that dances with light and music, and a 120-meter-long cascading waterfall that flows gently, creating a space for physical and mental healing and relaxation. Here, you can find not only shopping and dining options but also a museum for families to enjoy together, the "TACHIKAWA STAGE GARDEN," which is the largest multi-purpose hall in the Tama area with about 2,500 seats, and the "SORANO HOTEL," which features an infinity pool with warm water.
