The first floor of this charming building is filled with local specialty seasonings, hon mirin, soy sauce, miso, and various products that have been beloved on Keishima Island for many years, as well as attractive food-related items from all over Japan. The original "Universal Vinegar" is a best-selling product in the store. By cutting seasonal vegetables into appropriate sizes and mixing them with the universal vinegar, you can create delicious pickled side dishes. In addition to pickled vegetables, it can also be used as sushi vinegar, nanban vinegar, and salad dressing, making it very versatile. Another original product is the "Universal Natural Dashi," which uses bonito flakes from Kagoshima Prefecture, mackerel flakes from Kumamoto Prefecture, shiitake mushrooms from Oita, and dried sardines and grilled flying fish from Nagasaki. The natural umami enhances the deliciousness of the dishes. The second floor focuses on products from Keishima and Kyushu, showcasing a selection of fine sake from various regions of Japan.
