Kamejirushi is centered around its main store in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, operating several shops within the prefecture and is one of the top snack manufacturers in Ibaraki. Founded in 1852 (the 5th year of the Kaei era), it began operations with the first generation lifting the shop curtain. After entering the Showa era, it also started producing Western-style snacks, expanding its scale year by year.
