The popular dessert shop in Kyoto, 吉祥菓寮 (Kissako Ryo), uses carefully selected Japanese-grown soybeans to create its desserts. The sweets brand made from soy flour, 「KINANOMIYA（きなの宮）」, has become a big hit as a local specialty in Kyoto. The 「KINANOMIYA Chocolate」 features unique chocolate made with richly roasted soy flour, combined with cookies, resulting in a dessert that beautifully blends Japanese and Western styles. The chocolate coating around the cookies is crafted from premium chocolate by the French chocolate maker Valrhona, known as "Duis." It offers a gentle sweetness with a hint of saltiness, delivering a rich and complex flavor.
