The hotel’s general manager and chef, Mr. Hiroshi Yamaguchi, is a renowned Japanese chef who trained at the "La Côte d'Or" restaurant in Burgundy, France, under the guidance of the top French chef Bernard Loiseau. Loiseau, known as the "Chef of Water" for his unique cooking methods that rarely use cream, created breakfasts that have been acclaimed as "the best in the world." Kobe Kitano Hotel is the only hotel that carries on the legacy of the "world's best breakfast."
