About Kobe Kitano Hotel
A restaurant hotel with a British classical style. Enjoy the "World's Best Breakfast" created by the renowned French chef Bernard Loiseau.
Details
Kobe Kitano Hotel is an urban-style restaurant hotel located across from the East Asia Road on Kitano Ijinkan Street. The hotel is a red brick building with a total of 30 guest rooms, all elegantly decorated in a calm British style, each with its own unique charm. The hotel is a member of "Relais & Châteaux," an association that only the world's top hotels and restaurants can join.
The hotel’s general manager and chef, Mr. Hiroshi Yamaguchi, is a renowned Japanese chef who trained at the "La Côte d'Or" restaurant in Burgundy, France, under the guidance of the top French chef Bernard Loiseau. Loiseau, known as the "Chef of Water" for his unique cooking methods that rarely use cream, created breakfasts that have been acclaimed as "the best in the world."
Kobe Kitano Hotel is the only hotel that carries on the legacy of the "world's best breakfast." Lunch and dinner also feature French cuisine that embodies Loiseau's wisdom and exquisite culinary skills, offering dishes that provide an ultimate sensory experience for sight, smell, hearing, touch, and taste. The hotel has two restaurants: the French restaurant "Ash" and the Dining Café "Igrek," where non-staying guests can also dine.
