Q: Do you provide room cleaning services?
A: During your stay, towels will be replaced daily, trash will be collected, and consumables in the room will be replenished. Starting from the check-in date, on the 4th, 7th, 10th day, and so on, bed-making, changing of bed linens, and floor cleaning services will be provided every three days.
Q: Is it possible to check in early or check out late?
A: Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Any check-in or check-out outside of these times will incur additional charges. Please be aware that arrangements may not be possible depending on the availability on the day.
Q: Do you provide foreign language services? (If so, please let me know which languages are available.)
A: There are foreign language services available. In principle, staff can communicate in English and Japanese. Depending on the staff schedule, services in Chinese, French, Hindi, and Vietnamese are also available. Translation devices are provided, capable of supporting up to 12 languages.

A: Luggage can be stored at the front desk during business hours. The storage time is from 7 AM to 10 PM on the day of check-in and check-out. Space for luggage storage is limited, and a storage fee may be charged depending on the situation; please inquire with the hotel for details.
