They use carefully selected eggs and dashi for their sweet and thick tamagoyaki, which is meticulously grilled by skilled artisans one by one. The ingredients and methods have been passed down through generations. During cherry blossom season, you can enjoy it nearby at Asukayama Park, where you can appreciate the blossoms while savoring this delicacy.
