Utilizing about 50 seasonal island vegetables harvested in Okinawa, the breakfast includes around 20 different dishes each day, including beverages. The hostess, who is well-versed in Okinawan traditional culinary culture, showcases her skills by preparing dishes with minimal seasoning, making the most of the ingredients. Not only are the portions generous, but the meals also contain less than 600 calories. The dining area is adorned with ceramic works and books by Okinawan authors, and the relaxed atmosphere has received high praise.
