The first floor features rooms with private bathrooms, designed with a reassuring universal design. Furthermore, there is a bicycle rental service available for just 100 yen per hour, making it the best choice for leisurely sightseeing in the old town area. It takes about 60 minutes to reach from Narita Airport or Shinjuku, making it highly recommended as a base for both Shibamata sightseeing and long-term stays in Tokyo.
