Its taste is so enjoyable that you could eat it every day, and it comes in three flavors: vanilla, matcha, and chocolate.
Additionally, there are creative baked sweets unique to Shinagawa, such as the fresh confections "Kabura" and "Shinagawa Kabure," made from the famous Edo vegetables of Shinagawa, specifically the Shinagawa turnip (both are winter limited items available during the harvest season).
