Within Tenseien's grounds, there are four natural hot springs, and the bathing facilities are quite comprehensive. Guests can fully enjoy the pleasure of soaking in the abundant outdoor hot spring baths, indoor hot spring baths, guest room outdoor hot spring baths, and family hot spring baths. The most distinctive feature of Tenseien is the "Sky Large Outdoor Bath" located on the roof, which is 17 meters long and quite spacious. Guests can soak in the hot spring while enjoying the natural beauty of the Hakone mountains in an open and airy space. Inside Tenseien, there are 12 private "family baths" available for reservation (additional charge/applicable for same-day booking at the front desk). Families with younger children can bathe without worrying about the gaze of others, making it very popular among families. Each of the 12 "family baths" features flowing hot spring water, but each has a different style, so it's recommended to try several to experience the varied pleasures of soaking. Tenseien has a total of 198 comfortable guest rooms, including compact twin rooms, Japanese-Western style rooms, and luxurious rooms with outdoor hot springs featuring flowing hot spring water. Guests can freely choose based on their needs. The dinner at the ryokan is served in a buffet style, offering a variety of dishes made with seasonal local ingredients. There are also chefs cooking in front of guests. Diners can enjoy freshly prepared delicious dishes such as crispy tempura, freshly made sushi, and steaming teppanyaki.
