It is also close to Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse and Yokohama Chinatown, making it the best choice for both business and sightseeing. The hotel features 553 guest rooms, including "Twin Rooms," "Family Rooms," and "Double Rooms," with a total of 10 room types available. Guests can enjoy stunning views of Minato Mirai from the ocean-view rooms and the directly operated restaurant on the 5th floor. A: Both options are available, but there will be an additional charge. Additionally, depending on the cleanliness status and booking conditions, we may not be able to accommodate your request. ★ Additional fees (for early check-in and late check-out) Weekdays: 600 yen per person per hour The day before national holidays / National holidays: 800 yen per person per hour * If two people are staying, the extension fee will apply to both. ★ Early check-in: The standard check-in time starts at 2:00 PM, but the earliest check-in time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in requires prior reservation, so if you wish to check in early, please be sure to contact us the day before. ★ Late check-out: The standard check-out time is by 10:00 AM, but you can extend it until 2:00 PM. Please inform the front desk of your extended stay before the check-out time of 10:00 AM.

Q: Do you provide foreign language services? (If so, please let me know which languages are available.)

A: It can correspond to English. In addition, we also correspond to other languages through translators.

Q: Is there a delivery service that sends luggage to the airport or train station?

A: We apologize that we do not offer luggage transport services to and from the airport and train stations, but the front desk can provide express delivery services from Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. (prepaid / cash on delivery). We will give you a shipping slip at the front desk, so please let us know. Additionally, cardboard boxes for packing luggage are available for sale at the front desk.

Q: Can I store my luggage after checking out?

A: Sure. Please pick it up on the day of checkout.

Q: Does the hotel have a parking lot?
