The hotel offers two high-quality hot springs sourced from its own natural springs, attracting numerous hot spring enthusiasts every day. Located just a 3-minute walk from Atami Station, the hotel boasts an excellent location, providing accommodation as well as day-use options for non-staying guests. Visitors can enjoy a hot spring experience akin to a tour of various baths, making it an ideal spot to relax before heading back. The bathing facilities include "Bashō no Yu" and "Kōyō no Yu." Both baths feature outdoor pools and have distinct styles. "Bashō no Yu" offers views of the sea and the streets, while "Kōyō no Yu" is constructed with Izu stones used in the Edo Castle stone walls, with the baths alternating between male and female use daily.
