The chef designs the meal based on the customer's preferences, emphasizing trust in the chef's expertise, skills, and creativity. Therefore, chefs offering this menu are often renowned as "料理職人" (ryouri shokunin), or culinary masters. Additionally, Omakase often features special dishes not listed on the menu, providing customers with a unique dining experience, which is a significant highlight.
