Based on the philosophy of valuing meat quality, they do not use crossbreeds or castrated bulls at all. In addition to beautifully packaged meat slices suitable for gifts, such as those for sukiyaki and barbecue, they also offer shredded meat for family meals and great value cuts. Furthermore, they sell domestic pork, processed foods, and popular tonkatsu croquettes. The croquettes are a famous specialty of the store, and since the "Tokuho Yokodote" shop started selling them for takeout, they have quickly become a hot-selling item. The luxurious croquettes made with black-haired wagyu ground meat are a delicacy that can only be enjoyed at a fresh meat shop, allowing customers to easily savor the flavors of high-quality Ise meat. Additionally, frozen products are also quite popular as self-gifts or souvenirs from Ise.
