I recommend the signature "FUJIMI BURGER," which features a patty made from 100% Shizuoka Prefecture's "Aitaka Beef," without any added flour, allowing you to directly taste the rich, original flavor of the meat, accompanied by a generous amount of vegetables. There are three sauce options to choose from: garlic soy sauce, grilled cheese with tomato sauce, and wasabi mayonnaise. Additionally, there is a Basque-style cheesecake made with two types of matcha from Shizuoka's OYAIZU Tea Company, and coffee brewed from exclusive coffee beans roasted by IFNI COFFE in Shizuoka City, among many other classic delicious offerings.
