The refreshing and pleasant aroma of Sencha "Zen" perfectly balances the sweetness and astringency of Sencha "San," while the precious Sencha "Kō" is made from single-farm, single-variety tea leaves. Additionally, there are Sencha blends flavored with lemongrass for a refreshing taste; Sencha with matcha that offers a luxurious and rich flavor; and powdered Sencha, which allows for direct absorption of tea leaf nutrients, is also quite popular.
