In an expansive area of approximately 500,000 square meters, the botanical garden features around 4,800 species and 100,000 plants. The garden is divided into several areas based on plant types, including the Rose Garden, Azalea Garden, and Plum Garden, where visitors can witness the stunning sight of blooming flowers during their flowering seasons. The activities held according to the flowering seasons are highly recommended.
In the large greenhouse next to the Rose Garden, rare tropical plants and colorful, uncommon flowers can be seen. Throughout the garden, there are benches for resting, and many visitors enjoy their lunch amidst the lush nature. The garden also features a café restaurant called "神代Green Salon" (Jindai Green Salon) and a shop selling limited-edition rose-flavored ice cream, a dessert that can only be found in the botanical garden and is worth trying.

Getting There
Take the bus from Chōfu Station on the Keio Line to "Jindai Botanical Park" (Keio Bus) or "Jindai Botanical Park Mae" (Odakyu Bus), and you will arrive within walking distance.
