The "KANEIRI Museum Shop6" is one of the stores launched by the company, selling books, traditional crafts from the Tōhoku region, and handmade works in a museum shop setting. The store displays books related to architecture, design, art, and regional culture, as well as traditional crafts from Tōhoku and works by various creators. Additionally, it offers merchandise related to exhibitions held at the "Sendai Media Center," where the museum shop is located. The building where the shop is situated is also noteworthy. Designed by Toyo Ito, it has received high praise from around the world, and in places like France, it is even referred to as "Sendai, renowned for Toyo Ito's Media Center." The spiral columns that run through the various floors are the most creative design feature of this building, and experiencing art in this uniquely crafted space is an irreplaceable moment for art enthusiasts.
