Opened in 1955 during the U.S. military rule in Okinawa, this was the first retail store for Awamori in Okinawa. The history of Awamori is quite long, with reportedly over a thousand varieties. To offer a wide range of Awamori products, the owner specially developed mini bottles of Awamori. These lightweight bottles are perfect as souvenirs and have become an opportunity to promote Okinawan culture both within and outside of Okinawa. In addition to Awamori from the main island, the store also features various products from the outer islands and second-hand items, creating a rich lineup that Awamori enthusiasts find irresistible. Rare products that are hard to find in the general market can also be discovered here, attracting many customers to visit frequently. In 2022, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Okinawa's return to Japan, a mini bottle set featuring replica stickers of 45 local breweries before and after the return was launched, becoming a precious collection for enthusiasts. Kiyabu Shoten also offers online sales, allowing customers to enjoy authentic Okinawan flavors from home.

Since its opening in Showa 30 (1955), it has continuously conveyed the charm of Awamori. The rich and diverse selection has captivated many Awamori enthusiasts. The miniature bottle set commemorating the 50th anniversary of Okinawa's return to the mainland has also garnered significant attention.
