The "Old Keio Takao Building ANEX" has been renovated into a complex commercial facility with the concept of "a city for personal enterprises and regional exchange," set to open in spring 2024. It is named after the station code "KO52" of the Keio Takao Line's "Takao" station. The entrance to KO52 is located on the second floor, designed to function like a living room. The "Takao BEER" on this floor can be considered the main attraction of the entire building, featuring an in-house microbrewery. Visitors can enjoy beers brewed on-site in the "Tap Room." Additionally, "BOREDOM" on the same floor offers a selection of fine coffee for a leisurely experience. The facility also houses a direct store for a brand that produces trail running apparel based in Takao, along with several unique individual shops. A wide variety of products are available for purchase, adding vibrancy to the naturally rich Takao area, including places like Takao Mountain.
