Momijido adheres to the philosophy of "bringing a new way to enjoy Momiji Manju," and in 2002, it launched its signature product, Fried Momiji Manju®. To make it convenient for strolling, the Momiji Manju is skewered on bamboo sticks and fried to a crispy perfection only upon ordering, instantly becoming a hot topic. Today, it has become a new representative sweet of Miyajima. Initially available in three fillings: red bean, cream, and cheese, it now also includes Setouchi lemon and fresh cheese, offering a rich variety of flavors.
