🌸 About This Restaurant

A restaurant with great value and delicious food, where you can experience the fun of standing to eat sushi.

📜 Restaurant Details

It is said that "握壽司" (nigiri sushi) originated from roadside stalls during the Edo period, resembling today's fast-food restaurants. Customers would buy sushi and eat it while standing in front of the shop. "Maguro人" (Maguro-ito) is a restaurant that still retains the tradition of nigiri sushi, allowing customers to experience the fun of eating sushi while standing. The restaurant's main selling point is the high freshness of its all-natural tuna. The ingredients used are sourced from "山幸" (Yamacho), a specialty wholesaler known for supplying the first auction tuna at the Tsukiji Market for two consecutive years. The chef's exquisite culinary skills, combined with the use of high-quality ingredients to create top-notch sushi, have kept the restaurant popular over time.
