The toppings on the ramen are quite generous, featuring stir-fried green onions, bean sprouts, large slices of chashu (braised pork belly), and a mound of menma (fermented bamboo shoots). Additionally, customers can request to adjust the richness of the broth and the amount of oil, making for a thoughtful and satisfying service experience.
