From the west exit of JR "Iidabashi" Station, walk up the long slope of Kagurazaka Street, then turn left and walk for about 1 to 2 minutes to reach PORTA Kagurazaka. The upper floors of PORTA Kagurazaka are affiliated with Tokyo University of Science, while the first and second floors host various shops primarily focused on restaurants. The highlight of PORTA Kagurazaka is its traditional Japanese snack shops and restaurants, creating a space filled with the unique Japanese ambiance of Kagurazaka, offering a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere.

Located along Kagurazaka Street, the facility has many restaurants. You can also enter and exit from the alleys on the west side of Kagurazaka Street. On Sundays and national holidays, there is a pedestrian-only zone on Kagurazaka Street. There is a designated smoking area within the facility.
