Rokkatei's signature product is the "Rum Raisin Cream Sandwich Cookie," which is famous throughout Hokkaido and even across Japan. This long-selling item features cookies made from specially selected flour, filled with a cream made from white chocolate, raisins, and 100% fresh milk cream produced in Hokkaido. It is beloved by consumers nationwide and is a well-known Hokkaido snack. The product name comes from the late Seisha, founded by the pioneer of Tokachi, Benzo Yoda, and the cream sandwich cookies made in Tokachi are the origin of this treat, with the packaging marked accordingly. On the second floor of the Sapporo main store, there is a café where visitors can enjoy a variety of Rokkatei's special desserts, which are quite popular among travelers.
