It is beloved by consumers nationwide and is a well-known Hokkaido snack. The product name comes from the late Seisha, founded by the pioneer of Tokachi, Benzo Yoda, and the cream sandwich cookies made in Tokachi are the origin of this treat, with the packaging marked accordingly.
