The set menu includes dishes such as Japanese mackerel grilled with sesame caught in the Genkai Sea, the famous Iki beef steak from Nagasaki Prefecture, and a mousse made with Ureshino roasted tea from Saga Prefecture (menu items vary by season), showcasing the best of Kyushu's ingredients. The luxurious and visually pleasing French cuisine, combined with the enchanting scenery, guarantees an unforgettable experience.
