Inside the stylish and minimalist store, over 40 types of salt carefully selected by the owner from both domestic and international sources are displayed. It is fascinating to appreciate the different colors, crystal shapes, aromas, and flavors of the salts, and customers can find one that suits their taste among the diverse selection. The store offers a rich variety of salt products. For example, "023 Baekje Seaweed Salt" is a milky white seaweed salt from Baekje in Shimane, containing an extract from a type of black seaweed called "Arame," making it perfect for dishes like tomatoes, pork chops, and meats. "208 Cornwall Sea Salt Flake" is a light-textured salt, reminiscent of crispy English pastries, with a flavor that isn't too salty, making it versatile for any ingredient. "705 Oga Peninsula Salt Sakura" comes from the Oga Peninsula in Akita Prefecture, featuring pink salt crystals with tiny floating crystals and a cherry blossom aroma, ideal for spring dishes.
