Here, you can enjoy the daily meal of Japanese sumo wrestlers known as "相撲火鍋" (sumo hot pot). This restaurant specializes in "鶏白湯相撲火鍋" (chicken soup sumo hot pot) made by simmering chicken carcasses to create the broth, paired with a variety of fresh ingredients. The hot pot broth is based on a secret high-quality stock and comes in three flavors for guests to choose from: soy sauce, salt, and miso. The restaurant also offers a variety of à la carte dishes, all made with freshly sourced seafood and seasonal vegetables. The interiors are filled with a Japanese atmosphere, exuding the scent of tatami mats, and decorated with paintings themed around sumo. Guests can experience the charm of traditional Japanese culture while dining. The bar seating is creatively designed, allowing views of the kitchen located in the center of the restaurant.
