📖 Details

Located in the largest shopping district in Kyushu—Tenjin, in the alley of Daimyo, is the specialty store "Motsunabe Tashu (もつ鍋 田しゅう)" that focuses on offal hot pot. The owner trained in a well-known "motsunabe" restaurant in Fukuoka, ensuring that the deliciousness is unquestionable, with hot pots made from carefully selected domestic beef intestines by skilled artisans. The most popular dish is the "Miso Motsunabe," made with a blend of four carefully selected misos. Other options include the simple-flavored "Soy Sauce Motsunabe," which uses Kyushu soy sauce, the "Wafu Dashi Motsunabe" that emphasizes a rich broth, and the spicy "Tashu Nabe," offering a total of four flavors to choose from. To finish off the meal, diners can enjoy rice porridge, assorted noodles, thinly sliced mochi, and the exclusive cheese risotto available only with the Miso Motsunabe and Tashu Nabe. Additionally, there are famous Hakata delicacies such as vinegared offal, mentaiko, and herb mackerel, as well as a la carte dishes like fresh horse meat directly shipped from Kumamoto. For beverages, there are various options including beer, shochu, sake, and chu-hai.
