A commercial facility is set to open in 2024 near the Jingumae intersection, located between Harajuku and Omotesando. The building features 9 floors, from B1 to the 7th-floor rooftop terrace, housing 75 shops and restaurants, as well as unique leisure and cultural facilities such as a sento (public bath), art gallery, and library. The shops include several well-known domestic and international brands, as well as brands that have only been available online or locally until now, establishing physical stores here. The 5th and 6th floors, along with the rooftop terrace on the 7th floor, are dedicated to dining, featuring over 20 casual restaurants and cafes. The rooftop is designed with a natural ambiance, allowing visitors to enjoy a healing moment surrounded by greenery while being in the city. The famous sento from Koenji has also opened its second branch, "Kosugiyu Harajuku," on the B1 floor. It offers body wash and conditioner, making it a great spot to relax and soak after shopping.
