🍜 Tsui-teru! (ついてる!)

📝 Introduction

Enjoy the deliciousness of tender aged meat paired with wine.

📖 Details

A restaurant where you can enjoy delicious aged meat and wine at reasonable prices has become a popular spot frequently featured on television shows and in magazines. The entrance features a massive aging room that controls temperature and humidity, where beef and pork cuts are aged for about 4 to 6 weeks. Aged meat becomes more tender and flavorful due to the action of enzymes. The restaurant's signature dish is a whole roasted chicken that has been marinated in a sauce made with various herbs before being slowly roasted to perfection.

⭐ Highlights

Meat Paradise, featuring aged meat as its specialty. Don't miss the limited-quantity "Aged Meat of the Day." The slow-roasted "Chicken infused with various herb fragrances" is also very popular. The venue can be fully booked for up to 100 people, while the smaller space can accommodate a maximum of 40. It's recommended to enjoy the aged meat with wasabi (山葵).
