📜 Restaurant Details

A restaurant where you can enjoy delicious aged meat and wine at reasonable prices has become a popular spot frequently featured on television shows and in magazines. The entrance features a massive aging room that controls temperature and humidity, where beef and pork cuts are aged for about 4 to 6 weeks. Aged meat becomes more tender and flavorful due to the action of enzymes. The restaurant's signature dish is a whole roasted chicken that has been marinated in a sauce made with various herbs before being slowly roasted to perfection.
