The biggest selling point of GARAKU is its delicious soup base. The owner has created a unique flavor by combining the Japanese-style broth learned from working in a udon shop with various spices, which has contributed to the restaurant's popularity. The special soup base is made from three parts of pork bones and chicken, along with spicy vegetables, onions, herbs, and white wine, using a total of 30 ingredients, and includes a blend of 21 specially selected spices.
The visually appealing soup curry reflects the restaurant's attention to the colors of the ingredients. To make the dining experience more enjoyable, special care is taken in the color combination of the side vegetables. Additionally, one of the curry ingredients, chicken, is blanched and then soaked in a marinade, showcasing the meticulous effort put into every detail in pursuit of deliciousness.
