🛍️ ZAKURO Lamp House

📝 Introduction

Japan's first specialty store for Turkish mosaic lamps.

📖 Details

The Yanaka Ginza shopping street is filled with a traditional retro atmosphere. Standing in a corner is the famous restaurant "ZAKURO," which was opened in 2015 by owner Ali, who was captivated by Turkish mosaic lamps and is passionate about promoting them. The store, "ZAKURO Lamp House," is filled with exotic decor and showcases a variety of colorful lighting fixtures carefully selected by Ali, delighting every visitor. In addition to selling Turkish mosaic lamps, the store also offers the experience of creating your own unique mosaic lamp. The materials and tools used are imported directly from Turkey, and under the guidance of staff certified in Turkish mosaic lamp techniques, you can craft a one-of-a-kind lamp using traditional Turkish methods in an exotic setting. The crafting time varies slightly for each individual, usually taking about 2 to 3 hours to complete. This makes for a wonderful travel memory. However, due to the use of glass in lamp-making, children under 11 years old are not permitted in the store, so please take special note of this.
