The shape and sauce of gohei-mochi vary by region, shop, and family. This shop's gohei-mochi is made from 100% locally sourced glutinous rice, shaped into dumplings. The signature sauce, a secret recipe made with a base of sugar and soy sauce, incorporates a generous amount of sesame and high-quality walnuts. The chewy dumplings, coated in the sweet and savory sauce, are grilled to perfection, releasing an enticing aroma that whets the appetite.
