The equipment is antique machinery purchased from southern Germany, preserving brewing techniques with a history of over a century in the far east of Japan. Staff members who actively participate in the brewing process are responsible for introducing the brewing methods and the interior of the factory. There are three types of tour options: an economy class for a simple factory visit, a business class that includes a tasting of one beer after the tour, and a first-class option that offers 30 minutes of unlimited drinking. There is also a direct sales counter, so don't forget to pick up some souvenirs. If you want to enjoy a wider variety of beers, the city’s direct stores "BEER BASE BAEREN Morioka Station Front," "BEER BAR BAEREN Nakano Bridge," and "Saien Micro Brewery" offer classic beers along with seasonal limited editions, totaling over 20 types to try. The stores serve 8 types of draft beer daily, with different flavors each day. Pairing them with special sausages enhances the essence of BAEREN beer even more.

In addition to classic beers, over 20 products including seasonal limited edition beers are also available. Visitors can tour the brewing facility with over a hundred years of history. There are also options for tastings after the tour or a 30-minute all-you-can-drink experience. A direct sales counter is available for purchasing canned or bottled beers as souvenirs.
