🍜 Bakery & Restaurant SAWAMURA Shinjuku

Our store is located in the famous resort area of Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture, Japan, with direct access to the JR station for convenience. The store's mission is to "provide bread unique to Sawamura." Depending on the characteristics of different breads, we select about 30 types of domestic and international flours, using low-temperature long fermentation to bring out the ultimate flavor of the bread. The ingredients used in our bread are also carefully chosen, including four types of homemade yeast, Kewa sea salt rich in minerals, and sugar made from 100% Amami Islands sugarcane. The restaurant attached to the Shinjuku store offers breakfast, with the most popular dish being the "Sawamura French Toast Set." This set includes French toast, thick-cut bacon, white cheese butter, maple syrup, fresh vegetable salad, and beverages, immersing guests in an elegant atmosphere from the start of the day. The "Bacon and Egg Set," also available only in the morning, is equally recommended.
